Interacting with our website you may be asked to provide personally identifiable information such as names, address, telephone contact and or email address when you sign up for an account, or for the purpose of processing transactions for goods and services sold through our website, such as payment processing and shipping. This information is treated with the strictest of confidentiality. Maximum PC Solutions will never sell or share your information with any third-party entity, platform or service without your explicit permission. Customer data is used solely for the processing of transactions on our website. Maximum PC Solutions expressly forbids the the misuse of our website by way of hacking, DDOS attacks, Identity theft, providing knowingly false information for the purpose of processing payments for goods and services and or attempts to circumvent security and protection protocols. Anyone found to be engaging in any of the above mentioned actions or in any other actions deemed disruptive, destructive and or negatively affects the normal operations, functionality and confidentiality of data collected, stored, processed on our website and online store, will be liable to legal prosecution to the full extent of all applicable laws.
Maximum PC Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and can do so at its sole discretion. Any such changes to these terms will be communicated to you within at least 30 days in advance before taking effect.
Maximum PC Solutions reserves the right to terminate this contract at their sole discretion for any of the stated reasons below:
- Misuse of our website and or online store as outline in the Website Misuse Policy.
- Convicted of a serious crime in a court of law in The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
- Customers' request
You (the customer) also have the right to terminate this contract with Maximum PC Solutions at any time by requesting such cancellation through our Support Team. At this stage your account will be deleted and all stored information consisting of personally identifiable data, purchase history, payment information will also be permanently removed. This data is not recoverable and you will need to sign up for a new account should you decide to continue using our website at a later date.
Physical packages purchased through our website are shipped twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays using UPSL and or other reputable local courier services. You (the customer) will be required to provide a valid name, delivery address, email and contact number for the purpose of delivery of your packages. Shipping times usually take 2 -3 business days. A tracking number will be provided to you via email when your order has been shipped.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, online bank transfers or WiPay Vouchers for payment of goods and services offered through our website and online store. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) at this time.
Maximum PC Solutions offers remote tech-support as a service to customers. In order to efficiently and effectively deliver this service, the items below are required.
Maximum PC Solutions offers services based on an appointment system. When purchasing services through our website or online store, over the telephone or through our social media handles, customers are required to book an appointment for a specific date and time. You will receive an email advising that your request has been received. Maximum PC Solutions will then review your request and confirm or deny the appointment depending on availability. Once your appointment is confirmed, another confirmation email will be sent to you. If the date chosen is not available Maximum PC Solutions reserves the right to cancel such appointment. Upon doing so, you (the customer) will be contacted by our Support Team, who will suggest a new date and time for your appointment.
Payment is required prior to the start of your appointment.
If you (the customer) wish to cancel an appointment you can do so at any time by calling our Support Team or sending us an email. Cancellation request should be made at least two (2) hours before the start of your appointment. Any payments made prior to canceling an appointment will be refunded
Physical goods bought through our website and or online store are subject to our return policy. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receiving your package. Items returned to Maximum PC Solutions must be in an un-opened state and in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Maximum PC Solutions.
Physical goods purchased through Maximum PC Solutions carry a warranty period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. Any items found to be defective in workmanship from the manufacturer will be subject to replacement (based on availability) or a full refund of the purchase price.
